University of Exeter Business and Finance Society - BFS We are the University's foremost professional society, bringing together like-minded students. The social aspect of BFS is key to the success of our society.

BFS aspires to develop the career aspirations of its members by offering business insights through employer and networking events. Not only do we aim to improve our members' business networks but also their social networks. Our regular socials and successful netball and football teams offer members a chance to make friends across all years and build a strong supportive community on campus. Why Sig

Wow! What a term! Term 1 was a huge success for BFS! ✨

Thank you so much to all our members! You have made this term so exciting and it has been great to meet you all along the way! 🤩

From meeting you all first in Freshers Week and using dominos to secure your membership, to seeing many of you in your glory at the Careers Dinner doing your networking thing! 🍕🍴

We loved getting to know you all a bit more at the socials and Guest Speaker Talks and the huge turnout did not disappoint! Well done for sticking to the themes! 🍹🗣️

Our Intramural Sports Teams have continued to thrive throughout this term, bringing out win after win! Very impressive! ⚽️🏑

And finally, we were lucky enough to end of this term with our very own Winter Ball! This was the most exciting event of the year so far, and it was so amazing to spend this special evening with you all and party a bit! 🥂

Introducing our second interactive Communication & Presentation Workshop, hosted by our President and The Head of Public Speaking, that’s even better than the last! 🗣️

It’s important to note that this workshop is not only for those that attended the last, but also will not be an exact duplication of what was covered in the first session! ‼️

Come along to learn more about presenting effectively in the corporate world from the different perspectives of Hamza and Max, whilst also having the opportunity to actually implement key takeaways! ✏️

Hamza will be leveraging his real world experience from his Industrial Placement year at Deloitte, Consulting, and Max will be further discussing his time within the Sales team of a Fintech startup. 🏦
