Our Motor Vehicle students recently swapped the workshop for the world-famous Brands Hatch, enjoying an incredible behind-the-scenes experience with Speedworks Motorsport, HQSE and the British Army Sports Teams.

From meeting BTCC drivers and exploring the MINI paddock to learning about career pathways in motorsport and testing reaction skills on the Army's BATAX wall, it was a day packed with inspiration, insight and unforgettable memories.

🌟 Alumni Spotlight: Oluremi Adeoye 🌟

After enrolling on MidKent College’s assistant teaching adult course in 2023, Oluremi Adeoye gained the skills, confidence and inspiration to pursue a meaningful career supporting others.

Since then, she has worked as an Operational Support Grade at HMP Rochester, developing valuable skills while contributing to rehabilitation and personal development. Alongside her role, Oluremi serves as a trustee of the O & A Empowerment Foundation, helping disadvantaged young people access education and build confidence.

Reflecting on her journey, Oluremi credits MidKent College with helping shape her career and strengthening her commitment to education and community impact.
