The Glasgow Goes Green is back once again to host our annual sustainability festival that brings together Universities and Colleges across Glasgow. The focus of our festival is on exploring the diverse ways that sustainability can be integrated across disciplines. From science and technology to arts and social sciences, we are hoping that this one-day festival showcases how every field can contribute to a sustainable future. The theme for this year's festival is 'Sustainability Synergies - Uniting Disciplines for a Greener Future'.
We are currently looking for sustainability enthusiasts, experts, innovators and passionate changemakers (individuals or groups) to be part of the festival to deliver workshops, stalls, performances, exhibitions or any other activities. We welcome applicants from University/College students, staff or any organisation that feels their idea/activity would align with our sustainability theme. At this stage, you don't have to submit a fully developed idea as we are here to help you develop project ideas, provide you with resources, and sort out logistics.
Please submit your ideas latest by 18th of January, 2025 and we will be in touch with you for a further discussion. You can submit your ideas here - https://forms.gle/jdUTiPpA5je2LShP7 Meanwhile, you can check out our Instagram for additional information.
