Good Afternoon everyone!

A bit late into the academic year but we wanted to re-introduce our collective and our purpose and aims, as well as introduce the members of our council.

POC Collective aims to be a safe space for people of colour where we can share cultures and support each other through our studies within a strictly safe and non discriminatory environment. We have exciting ideas in the next academic year that we hope you’ll enjoy and there is also the opportunity for any members to organise an event for which they have an idea and the collective can support you in this. We plan on expanding this society and collaborating with more people of colour, as we stand in solidarity against racism.

If you would like to join us, or ask any questions, our information is in our link tree in our bio, as well as our manifesto! Don’t hesitate to join, we would love to have you.

Regards,
Nicolle & Élisa 🤍

donate to support and show solidarity for Black people and people of colour in Scotland.

💸 WE NEED FUNDS!!! 💸

We're working on a number of projects this year, including an exciting exhibition of Scotland-based Black artists and an array of collaborations and events. We continue to rely on our kind and generous friends at GSA Students' Association as well as public funding to support our projects. Our collective is led by black womxn and black trans folx, all of who work very hard, entirely for free. All our funding goes straight into our projects and paying contributors a good fee. Any support you can give is greatly appreciated!

Thank you!
