The Thurrock Teaching School Alliance was designated in the second cohort of Teaching Schools. It brings together schools from secondary, primary and special across Thurrock to develop dynamic and high quality training, ITT and school to support for all schools within and beyond the Thurrock borders. The Teaching School also collaborates with other Teaching Schools in Southend and Essex, and those

local authority teams, to ensure that we can offer the highest quality provision for the very best value. Colleagues across all alliances are creating networks of learning and sharing that are invaluable.
