That moment on a long flight when you just can’t get comfortable.

Your lower back starts to ache. You shift. You slide forward. You slouch to try to find a position that finally feels right.

The issue isn’t movement — it’s lack of support.

Slouch addresses this directly. By bringing forward a sculpted section of the seatback, it adds targeted lower-back support exactly where it’s needed.

Less strain. Less need to reposition. Amore supported, more relaxed way to sit — especially on longer journeys.

You weren’t designed to sit upright for hours. So why are aircraft seats still built that way?

Introducing Slouch — a comfort system designed around how people actually sit, move, and relax.

A new way to experience comfort in high density aircraft cabins.

A new approach to sensory shut‑out.

This eye mask was designed to address one of the most persistent challenges of long‑haul travel: creating meaningful rest in a shared, busy cabin environment.
Unlike traditional masks and disposable earplugs, the design integrates removable, sound‑reducing earbuds directly into the eye mask. By combining sight and sound management into a single product, it reduces loose components, packaging and waste, while offering a more intuitive experience for passengers.

The earbuds sit discreetly within the straps for easy access during rest and can be removed when needed. Integrating them into the mask helps prevent small items from being dropped or lost in the cabin, a common frustration for both passengers and crew, while supporting reuse rather than single‑use disposal.

Soft materials and considered shaping ensure the mask remains comfortable against the face, while the integrated system allows passengers to settle quickly into rest without adjusting multiple products.
A calmer, simpler way to block out the world.

Designed for real onboard conditions, where comfort, usability and practicality need to work together.

Rethinking the air travel neck rest.

Designed with cues taken from worn fashion, this neck rest borrows details more familiar to outerwear than traditional travel accessories. A soft, padded form and a toggle closure inspired by puffer jackets give it an intuitive, garment‑like quality that feels familiar and easy to use.

Unlike conventional U‑shaped neck rests, the design lies completely flat when not in use. This allows for compact pack‑down, a critical consideration for airlines where space is always at a premium, while also making the product easier to store, distribute and manage onboard.

In use, the flat construction allows the shape to be manipulated and re‑formed. Rather than fixing the passenger into a single posture, the neck rest becomes a versatile cushion that can be adjusted throughout the flight. By changing its orientation, it can support the back of the neck, rotate to cradle a forward‑leaning rest position, or provide side and frontal support as the body naturally shifts.

A softer, more adaptable approach to in‑seat support.
Designed for real seated comfort, without compromising the practical realities of life onboard.

Detail in the making.

At the heart of the Tangerine × Buzz blanket is a Pinsonic heat‑pressing technique, used not just for construction, but as a design expression in its own right.

An irregular pattern inspired by cloud formations is pressed directly into the fabric, creating subtle structure alongside softness. This approach removes the need for traditional stitching or quilting, resulting in a cleaner surface, reduced bulk and a lighter feel when wrapped around the body.

The pressed pattern introduces a quiet visual rhythm while enhancing tactility and helping the blanket hold its shape in use. A deep, rich teal with lighter teal highlights was chosen for the Buzz collection, bringing a youthful, fresh and contemporary feel suited to the next generation of Premium Economy flyers.

The blanket, designed to drape.

This concept takes cues from contemporary Gen Z fashion, where loose silhouettes, softness and ease define what feels desirable to wear. The blanket is intentionally generous and full‑body, subtly tapered to follow the natural shape of the passenger rather than sitting flat or square.

Details are treated like clothing. A considered jersey collar closes gently at the back of the neck, allowing the fabric to fall and fold neatly behind the seated body.

The drape draws inspiration from the layered folding of a Japanese kimono, creating a sense of structure without restriction and comfort without formality.
Although it appears wearable, airline safety helped shape the final design.

The blanket is not fastened or strapped around the neck, ensuring passengers do not move through the cabin wearing it, while still allowing the piece to feel personal, enveloping and styled when seated.

Comfort and style are treated as one and the same.
A blanket that feels as good as it looks, without forgetting where it’s used.

• A fold‑out lumbar cushion for in‑seat comfort and support

Together, they form a new approach to comfort that is adaptable, considered and designed for how people actually travel.
