Meet the participants in MAD 2026

We are the McNabbs. We are from... a few places! I'm Geoff, and I grew up in N. Ireland. My wife, Dar Gail, is from the USA but grew up in Venezuela. Our kids grew up in England during our 11 years of working at North Cotes. Two years ago, we moved to the US to work at the Homes of Ethnos360, where I serve as the grounds maintenance manager, and my amazing wife homeschools our three kids!

We had a wonderful staff retreat this past weekend along with our volunteers. We were ministered to by some lovely people and were encouraged to run the race...to win (Hebrews 12)

Meet the participants in MAD 2026

We are the Bergens…
Valentina, with Zac, Phil and Zea. Boris, our dear husband and father, went to be with the Lord in August 2025. We are from Germany and have served in the Philippines since 2012.

For the last two years we lived in Germany and worked through various cancer treatments, death and grief.

Before that we served as E2 coordinators - welcoming and helping new missionaries adjust and love Filipino culture. We are excited that the Lord has opened the door for us to go back in September 2026.

These are scenes of our local area captured by one of our students. Isn't it lovely?!

Jerry and Joyce McDaniels serve as international literacy coordinators.

They, along with Katie Moore, led a literacy workshop in Mexico and were encouraged “when the Tarahumara people gathered to look at their very first printed reading book. … You could feel the joy rise in the room. After years of dreaming and discussing, they were finally holding their own words in print.” Jerry and Joyce were encouraged by the unity they witnessed as the Tarahumara speakers from different communities worked together to decide on spellings that will work for all Tarahumara variants in that dialect — laying “a stronger foundation for reading, writing and eventually a Bible translation in their own language.”

Praise God for a successful literacy workshop that resulted in “a full curriculum of literacy materials.”
