The finishing touches are being added to AURORA3 at the University of Surrey - the Anechoic and Universal Research Observation Rooms for Audio, Acoustics and AI.

At the heart of AURORA3 is a state-of-the art anechoic chamber, with a spherical loudspeaker array, and a first of its kind variable acoustics room.

The facilities will allow researchers to simulate almost any listening environment on earth, from a modern office, to a vast concert hall or busy street.

The official launch of AURORA3 will take place later this year.
