Hartpury University and Hartpury College are celebrating a record number of achievements across various sports. The institution’s sports academy has secured a total of 19 national titles and numerous other accolades, making the 2023/24 academic year its most successful to date.

Hartpury University FC won the Hellenic League Division One title by beating Moreton Rangers FC 4-0 away on Friday 15 March 2024, gaining promotion to the Hellenic Premier Division. The club has enjoyed a fantastic season so far, only losing two league fixtures so far, drawing four and winning 28.

On the day of the Memorial Service, it is with great sadness that we remember Issy Phipps after her sudden passing.

Issy was a student at Hartpury College and a member of our junior women’s rugby academy. Issy played for Maidenhead RFC and Reading RFC and joined Hartpury College to continue her rugby and academic studies. She played at county level and also represented England U18s in the 2022 Junior Touch Championships.

She will be greatly missed, and our thoughts and sincere condolences go out to the Phipps family and all of Issy’s friends, wider family and everyone who knew and loved her.
