💫 Here are some photos of our Architecture, Interior Architecture & Design courses celebrating the incredible hard work of our students at this year’s End of Year Show.

It was inspiring to see such a diverse range of thoughtful, ambitious, and innovative projects on display - each reflecting months of dedication, critical thinking, experimentation, and design exploration.

These exhibitions are more than just final presentations; they are a celebration of ideas, collaboration, growth, and the future of the built environment.

A huge congratulations to all students and thank you to the staff, critics, practitioners, families, and friends who continue to support and inspire the next generation of designers. 👏🏼

Last month, two of our third year BA (Hons) Graphic Design students found out they had won D&AD New Blood pencils! 🔥🔥 As a competition, it seems like it gets harder and harder to win one each year, the standard needed to be selected is off the chart, so it’s a huge achievement for them. 👏👏

Huge congrats to for her project ‘The Unfinished To-Do List’ which was submitted in response to the Affinity x Canva brief.

And to for his Duolingo project called ‘Duolingo Locked’.

Two wonderfully simple but brilliant ideas that came about through personal insights. 🤜 🤛

🎶 Congratulations to Music Audio Recording & Production student Sophia Amin, who recently won Abbey Road’s tape editing competition at SXSW London.

After a brief introduction to analogue tape editing, competitors had just 15 minutes to cut a 2½-minute song down to 90 seconds using traditional razor-blade editing techniques - all while working under pressure in front of a live audience. Sophia’s edit impressed the Abbey Road judging panel, earning her first place! 🥇

A fantastic achievement that highlights Sophia’s talent, dedication and the high level of skill developed by our music students. Well done, Sophia! 👏🏼

Meet Daisy and David, BA (Hons) Model Design students at the University of Hertfordshire ✨

They shared insights into their end-of-year Degree Show projects, the inspiration behind their work, and the creative process that brought their ideas to life.

Our Model Design courses take an all-round approach to skill development, combining practical and theoretical learning to help students master the full model-making process. From props and miniatures to architectural, automotive and entertainment models, students develop the expertise to create immersive work using both mechanical and physical effects.

A huge thank you to Daisy and David for giving us a closer look at their incredible projects!

As we approach the end of the year, many of our students are now getting ready for their final semester!

Our MA Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) students recently had their last teaching class before starting their dissertations and in honour of their lecturers and classmates they recorded these lovely messages as a thank you!

The MA TESOL is designed for graduates in English, education, or languages, particularly those with little or no teaching experience who want practical postgraduate training in English language teaching.

Thank you for all your hard work this year and good luck with your dissertations!
