We are delighted to invite you to the Hereford Sixth Form College Art & Photography Exhibition 2026, showcasing the outstanding creative work produced by our students! The exhibition will feature a diverse range of artwork and photography projects, offering a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the talent, creativity, and achievements of our students.

Exhibition Opening Times:
⭐ Friday 19 June – 4:30pm to 7:00pm
⭐ Saturday 20 June – 10:00am to 1:00pm

No booking is required, and we very much hope you will be able to join us in celebrating our students’ work with light refreshments available 🎨

We are proud of the support we provide to our students both academically and holistically, and are looking to appoint a Personal Tutor with the skills to continue to add to our successful tutoring programme to join us for the 2026-2027 academic year.

The role requires flexibility, good listening skills, empathy, use of initiative and a sound understanding of safeguarding and keeping children safe in education. You will be committed to a collegiate ethos and a desire to contribute to the college’s continuing success.

Candidates will ideally have a background in supporting young people in their academic, social and personal development to ensure they maximise their achievement.

This week, take a moment to visit our Refugee Week pop-up display in the Pavilion foyer. Read real stories from refugees and learn about experiences of displacement, resilience and belonging.

Students and staff can get involved by writing a word that represents this year's theme: Courage. or create a list of items you would take with you if you were forced to leave your home and pop it into one of our suitcases.

Plus you can visit D105 every day at lunchtime this week where we will also be free popcorn and a showing of a short film exploring refugee experiences.

This week, Hereford Sixth Form College held its annual IMPACT Week, where we welcomed in guest speakers from a wide variety of industries and professions, allowing students a rare and valuable insight into potential career options. The college also held internal workshops with teachers from various departments, allowing students to experience a taste of subjects beyond their own timetables, along with a set of collaborative workshops held at our neighbouring institutions Hereford College of Arts and Herefordshire College.
