Insulation Technician Intern – closes 23 June

Structherm Ltd – Meltham (near Huddersfield)

35 hours per week X 8 weeks

You will work within the technical department to provide external wall insulation system design and detailing documentation. Full training will be provided. The internship would suit a graduate from Architecture, Construction or Mechanical Engineering degree courses.

On Friday last week, BBC's The One Show featured 'Organic Metal,' a unique musical experiment held at St Paul’s Hall here on campus. This innovative event blended the powerful sounds of symphonic metal band 'Plague of Angels' with the 1977 recital organ in the hall.

Our own talented academics led this project: Dr. Mark Mynett and David Pipe brought together metal and organ music, while Dr. Andrew Bourbon perfected the sonic elements for a seamless performance. 🎵
