Looking for fun, active ways to keep the family moving this summer? Our Sports Centre is hosting a packed programme of sessions for kids of all ages! From archery and trampolining to curling, tennis and football, we have something for everyone!

• Bring plenty of water and stay hydrated before, during and after your session.
• Take breaks when needed and listen to your body.

If you feel dizzy, lightheaded or unwell, stop exercising immediately and inform a member of staff.

Today the sports centre hosted the first day of ESOL vs Sports learners!

First up was football with our learners on the outdoor pitches followed by volleyball against the SNC Rams inside the center!
