We’re delighted to celebrate the fantastic news that our Fife Networking member, Raeburn Training, has been part of the team awarded Project Team of the Year at the National Highways Awards! 🏆

Raeburn Training was recognised for their work with client Amey, alongside SPS, Breedon, Speedy Hire and Hatton Traffic Management, on the Unlocking Future Connections project, an innovative CITB-funded initiative creating real opportunities for employment.

It’s always brilliant to see businesses within our networking group being recognised for their hard work, expertise and commitment to their industry.

What a start to the day at Fife Networking!

This morning we heard from Heather Bailie of Ace Powerwash, who gave us a great insight into the world of professional external cleaning. Ace Powerwash works with both commercial and domestic properties,

Seeing the transformations across all the different types of work they do really showed the difference a professional clean makes.

🤝 Another great morning at Fife Networking!

This morning, we heard from two of our members who shared their expertise and, importantly, helped us understand where we can make valuable introductions and referrals.

💷 Mike Horn – Funding for British Business

Mike gave us an insight into the different funding options available to businesses, from asset and equipment finance to working capital, property finance and business loans.

He also highlighted the importance of understanding the true cost of borrowing, explaining the difference between flat interest rates and APR, alongside real examples of how he has helped businesses secure funding to support growth and investment.

⚡ Christopher Inglis – 24 Electrics

Chris took a different approach to his presentation, getting everyone thinking about the businesses and contacts within their own networks.
Through an interactive referral challenge, he highlighted the range of electrical services 24 Electrics provides across Fife, including electrical inspections, emergency lighting, repairs, upgrades and EV charging.
A great reminder that sometimes the best referral opportunities are already sitting within our existing contacts!

We also welcomed Chris Mantle from Fife Young Carers as our visitor this morning. It was great to have you along!

Utility Warehouse provides a range of everyday household services under one roof, including energy, broadband and mobile, with a focus on helping customers simplify their household services and identify opportunities to save.

For us, our Member Spotlight series is about more than promoting individual businesses. It helps everyone within Fife Networking better understand what our members do, who they can help and, importantly, recognise when there is an opportunity to make a valuable introduction.
