Another great group joined us for our recent dry stone d**e course, with instructor Jack guiding participants through the skills and techniques behind this traditional craft.

Throughout the course, the group gained practical experience in building a dry stone d**e, learning how the careful selection, placement and balance of each stone contributes to the strength and stability of the finished structure.

It was fantastic to see everyone getting stuck in, developing their skills and gaining a real appreciation for the knowledge and craftsmanship involved in dry stone walling👏

A huge thanks to everyone who came along to our Hospitality Open Evening last night👩🏼‍🍳✨

It was fantastic to welcome so many of you and showcase what our Hospitality department has to offer. A special thank you to our staff and local businesses for helping make the evening such a success👏🏼

It was also a very proud moment to welcome one of our former Hospitality students, Eddie Brown, back into the kitchen — this time to deliver a cooking demonstration!
