When Lyn from asked me to create a bespoke commission, I knew it was going to be something special.

Lyn is a Lifestyle Sustainability Coach based right here in South Warwickshire. She helps people live more eco-conciously, one small change at a time. Her values and mine align completely: ethical sourcing, doing things with intention, and genuinely caring about the impact we have on the world. So when she said she wanted Earth chocolates, I was in.

This reel shows the whole process. The hand painting (using Lyn's logo as inspiration), the moulding, the tiny details that go into each piece. This is bespoke.

Tonight's the night.

Every month I spend weeks testing, tweaking, and occasionally scrapping entire batches that aren't quite right, all to get to this point.

And this one feels a little different.

The May collection is "Green and Growing". Inspired by fresh flavours, and stepping slightly outside what you'd expect from chocolate.

Here's what's inside:

It's not your typical box.

And it's not meant to be.

I make chocolate because it brings me genuine joy, even on days when my body doesn't quite cooperate. And creating something like this, that feels a bit different, is a huge part of that.

April's chocolate is all about spring deserts and picnic flavours.

Cherry Bakewell, Hot Cross Bun and Lemon Posset. All made in small batches this week.

If you're not ready for a subscription, you can now order the bars or boxes as a one-off.

And I'm quietly starting a wait list for May, which is going in a completely different direction. Think fresh, green, springtime flavours.

My brain had about 47 tabs open...so I closed a few.

Social media was one of them. It wasn't intentional. Just life.

School holidays with twins.
A big 70th birthday (happy birthday Mum❤️)
An endo flare up that knocked me sideways.
And still showing up for my clients where it mattered most.

It's been a lot.

But it did remind me that you don't have to do all the things, all the time.

The people you show up for...family, friends, clients...they all get a better version of you when you've given time for yourself too.
