Good staff are the heartbeat of any successful organisation and here at Direct Skills Group we have some of the best!

We have plenty of current colleagues who began their beauty careers with us as learners and then came back to teach and pass on their skills to future generations of therapists.

And our Data Manager Natalie exemplifies this journey more than anyone else! Natalie has held down pretty much every single job in our company, currently ensuring that our learner data is audit compliant and meets all DfE requirements, without her eye for detail we wouldn't be able to operate!

To work for one company for nearly 2 decades is a testament to the passion of Natalie for the sector, the company and the learners who come through our doors week in week out!

Direct Skills Group are incredibly lucky to have Natalie in the team and proud of her journey with us, and look forward to the 3 decade work anniversary.
