"Black Men on the Couch" at DMU provided a much-needed platform for open discussions around mental health, with De Montfort University’s own Lloyd Luther joining the conversation. Lloyd—a DMU Music Technology graduate and the artist behind Drugs on Tap featured on Top Boy—shared his hopes for more young Black men to feel empowered to talk about their emotions.
Lloyd’s message remains important: breaking down stigmas and embracing the wide spectrum of emotions we all experience. Dive into his thoughts on why conversations like these matter and why it’s okay to be "a kaleidoscope of emotions."
