💥💥2019-2020 COMMITTEE ELECTIONS💥💥
It’s that time of the year where we are looking for a new committee for the University of Leicester Curry Society 2019-2020.
There are four roles within the committee that you can nominate yourself for:
President - oversees the overall running of the Curry Society, represents the society to the SU and ensures all the socials are appropriately coordinated and executed with all the relevant paperwork submitted to the SU.
Treasurer - keeps a record of the society’s expenditure and income as well as processing deposits and withdrawals from the society’s bank account plus depositing all incoming money as soon as possible with the SU
Secretary - controlling & updating the society’s emails and social media plus responding to any queries that any members have about the socials or general running of the society. Maintains the membership record of the society in line with GDPR and SU policy.
Wellbeing & Inclusion Ambassador - act as a point of contact for any issues or concerns that a member may have regarding the society’s inclusivity and confidently sign posting members to the relevant service. Overall, responsible for the welfare of the members and acting as a signposter not a counsellor

Nominations close on Wednesday 13 March 2019 with voting opening on Monday 18 March 2019, voting then closes on Sunday 24th March.
