Dedicated football referee Stuart Nicolson was recognised for a second time after winning the Lifetime Achievement accolade at the Active Burnley Awards last summer ⚽️🏆

Such was the calibre of his achievement, Stuart was given special recognition at the Active Lancashire Awards, which bring together winners from similar award schemes run in Blackburn, Blackpool, Fylde, Hyndburn, Rossendale, South Ribble and other boroughs in the county.

Our Lifetime Achievement Award is for someone who has shown least 20 years commitment to their community, sport and active lifestyles and Stuart was a worthy winner having been involved in football at all levels for more than 60 years.
