✨ Progress doesn’t just happen. It’s the people behind the scenes who help make it happen.

At Study Group, our students have a whole team cheering them on, from helping them settle in and build confidence to supporting them as they take their next big step. 🎓💙

This is a new series shining a spotlight on the amazing colleagues who make a difference to our students every day.

First up: meet Carla Miclescu, Senior Progression and Transition Co-ordinator at Liverpool John Moores University International Study Centre! 👋

Carla is there to help students figure out what’s next, explore their options and feel confident about taking that next step towards university. 🚀

Because getting to university isn’t just about ticking the right boxes. It’s about knowing where you’re going, feeling prepared and having the right people in your corner. 🫶

👉 Get to know Carla, find out more about what she does and, most importantly… discover whether she’s a tea or coffee person! ☕👀

Spoiler: she’s definitely more of a tea person, but a latte can still win her over. 😂
