Berlin Visit-Tuesday Evening
The Berlin Wall went around the whole of the west side of Berlin. Berlin was of course well inside what was East Germany. There are parts of the Hinterland Inner wall that are still standing, the longest section is now the East Side Gallery. These were the last and largest parts of the wall to be added in the 1980s, the diagram shows other typical sections.

These sections were turned into the longest art gallery in the world, lots to see and take in during the sunset walk along fhis historically significant area.
