BLAPRAS: Barts and The London Association of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery Welcome to BLAPRAS!

This year we will be hosting a variety of events ranging from lectures with guest speakers to discuss what plastic surgery involves, how to build your portfolio and how to specialise in plastic surgery, as well as a variety of clinical case discussion nights with a focus on trauma, burns, reconstructive surgery and aesthetic medicine. We also provide members with the opportunity to attend workshops, providing training in basic microsurgery, suturing, local flaps and tendon repair. We aim to give an insight into plastic surgery, both in research, clinical practice and what the future holds for the specialty.
