It was delightful to host the Class of 1992 MA International Journalism Reunion at City St George's on Friday! 🎉

We had the pleasure of learning about the cohort's impressive careers post graduation, and they also generously shared their insights with current students on the course.

Thank you to Professor Mel Bunce, Deputy Dean of the School of Communication & Creativity, and Dr Zahera Harb, Director of Journalism Postgraduate Studies, for giving our guests a University update and taking them on a tour of the Journalism Department's facilities. Thank you also to Yuen Chan, Senior Lecturer of Journalism, and Dr Lea Hellmueller, Associate Dean (Research and Innovation), for attending the celebrations.

We hope everyone enjoyed the trip down memory lane and had a wonderful weekend reconnecting! 🎓🎊

When Rishika Satyarthi lost her career in policy and government affairs to chronic illness, she found a new purpose and professional path. As the founder of Empower Beauty by Rishika, Rishika is on a mission to fundamentally shift how the beauty industry approaches accessibility, inclusive design, and participation.

This spring, Rishika was recognised as a finalist in the Social Action category at the British Council Study UK Alumni Awards in the USA.

We were delighted to host the Class of 1986 BSc Air Transport Engineering 40th Anniversary Reunion at City St George's last week. 🎉

It was a wonderful opportunity for the cohort to catch up and also learn how their alma mater has changed over the past 40 years. Thank you to Emre Eroktem, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Engineering, for providing a tour of the facilities at the School of Science & Technology. Happy 40th Anniversary! 🎓
