University of Greenwich Miscarriages of Justice Society We are a group of students passionate about raising awareness of injustices in the criminal justice system.

We host networking events, trips and socials for our members. Please join to make new friends whilst also making a difference! Miscarriages of justice are becoming a global problem with more and more innocent people being convicted each year. Our Society is closely linked with the Innocence Project London that is run within the Law School. It focuses on exonerating those who have been wrongly conv

Hey Everyone, I’m Bethany Howell. I’m currently a masters student studying LLM International and Commercial Law. I will be going to Bar School in September 2022 to eventually become a multi-disciplinary barrister. I’m an advocate for miscarriages of justice and mental health and I’m passionate about supporting others through their battles. I have been a Innocence Project London caseworker for 4 years and I’m looking forward to be President of the Miscarriages of Justice Society this year.
