Ahead of the The PIEoneer Awards 2026 tomorrow, we're proud to celebrate being shortlisted for the Employability International Impact Award.

The nomination recognises the impact of our Global Internships Programme, delivered in partnership with our UEL Global Campus team, and the opportunities it creates for students through fully funded international placements, industry engagement and real-world experience.

From innovation challenges in India to partnerships with employers across the globe, we're helping students build the skills, confidence and networks they need for successful global careers.

Last week at Docklands Campus, our students joined John Vardakis, UEL Partnership Manager, for an insightful Market Intelligence Insights session.

The talk brought the employer perspective straight into the room, reminding students that career paths are rarely linear and that learning how to showcase your unique skills is key to long-term growth. From navigating rapidly changing industries to using AI to boost employability, our postgraduate and MBA students left with practical tools, clearer direction, and greater confidence as they prepare to step into their respective fields.
