We are delighted to announce that registration is now open for our much-anticipated Creative Women Platform Assembly – New York, taking place on 1 October 2026, from 3:00pm to 6:00pm at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.

Following the successful inauguration of our UN event in September 2025, we are delighted to return to New York for the 2nd edition of the CWP Assembly, now established as part of the Creative Women Platform’s annual international programme.

This year’s Assembly will celebrate the power of female leadership, creativity and collaboration in addressing today’s most pressing global challenges, while exploring practical solutions and opportunities for meaningful cross-sector partnerships.

The programme will feature impactful panel discussions bringing together influential women and men from politics, diplomacy, business, finance, science, technology, the arts, media and social impact. Together, we will exchange ideas, share perspectives, build connections and explore innovative approaches to some of the world’s most urgent challenges.

Following the Assembly, guests will be invited to an exclusive networking cocktail from 7:00pm to 9:30pm at a prestigious venue just steps away from the United Nations Headquarters.

It will be a wonderful opportunity to build valuable international connections, develop new partnerships and continue conversations that can grow into meaningful, long-term collaborations.

We are delighted to welcome Sandra Valencia as our Chair for Florida.

Sandra is a technology entrepreneur, CEO and Co-Founder of Smart Network Solutions a woman-led technology company serving businesses and government organisations across the United States and Latin America for more than two decades.

With more than 25 years of experience across technology, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and digital transformation, she has built a career defined by innovation, purpose and service. Her work is rooted in the belief that technology should not only transform organisations, but also expand access, strengthen communities and create new opportunities.

Sandra mentors entrepreneurs at The Idea Center in Miami, chairs the Technology Committee of the U.S. Hispanic Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and helps connect Latin American and United States markets through Women in Tech Global and Women in Tech LATAM. Across each role, she advances women in technology and business with strategic expertise and cultural understanding.

Her leadership has been recognised by the City of Miami Beach, the Global Trade Chamber and Universidad ICESI. Yet what distinguishes Sandra most is the generosity with which she shares her knowledge and creates space for others to grow. She believes that when one woman rises, she opens the way for many more to rise with her.

As Chair for Florida, Sandra will help strengthen Creative Women Platform’s presence across Miami and beyond, fostering relationships, supporting women leaders and creating opportunities for international collaboration across sectors.

We are delighted to announce the inaugural Creative Women Assembly in Türkiye, taking place in Istanbul on Tuesday, 13th October 2026.

Marking the official launch of Creative Women Platform in Türkiye, this special gathering will bring together visionary women, business leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, artists, diplomats and changemakers from Türkiye and around the world.

Set within one of Istanbul’s most remarkable settings, the Assembly will create a powerful space for international dialogue, meaningful connection and new partnerships across business, culture and the creative industries.

We are delighted to welcome Sandra Ximena Diaz Hoyos as Creative Women Platform Chair in Colombia.

Sandra Ximena is Chief Visionary Officer of Dropi, Latin America’s largest ecommerce platform, operating across 19 countries and shipping more than 4 million products each month, with ambitions to reach 7 million orders by December and become the region’s first bootstrapped unicorn.

Her leadership unites technology with a deeply human philosophy. She believes that people are the greatest asset of any organisation, and that technology should give us more time to connect, collaborate and build communities where everyone can contribute.

This belief inspired Kolmena, named after the hive and modelled on the bee. It reflects her conviction that progress is created through collaboration, shared purpose and the understanding that every person has a place in the community.

Her career spans corporate scale, entrepreneurship and innovation. As Country Manager for Amazon Web Services across Latin America, Sandra Ximena contributed to the foundational years of cloud adoption in the region. As Co Founder and CEO of Smart Network Solutions, she has developed community management software, artificial intelligence platforms and technology solutions for Fortune 500 and public sector clients.

As a strategic consultant and speaker, she champions H2H, human to human leadership in the age of artificial intelligence. She leads AI training programmes for women entrepreneurs and advises Women in Tech LATAM, advancing women’s participation across the region’s technology ecosystem.

She is also part of the Building Markets network of 28,000 women founders. A Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary, she works with United Latinas and supports social initiatives across Latin America and Florida.

Having travelled to 106 countries, Sandra Ximena brings a global perspective shaped by service and connection. She keeps bees and believes they offer the same lesson as technology and leadership: everything works better when the community works together.

Creative Women Platform extends its warmest congratulations to The Rt Hon Angela Rayner MP Angela Rayner on her appointment as Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government. Her return to a senior government role marks another significant chapter in a career defined by resilience, public service and a commitment to opportunity.

At the opening of the 10th Anniversary of the Creative Women Forum at the Houses of Parliament, we were honoured to present Angela Rayner with the Women in Leadership Excellence Award 2026.

This award recognises women whose leadership has made a meaningful contribution to public life, representation and progress. Angela Rayner’s career reflects a powerful journey of determination: from her early work representing care workers as a trade union representative, to becoming the first woman MP for Ashton-under-Lyne in the constituency’s history, and later serving in senior national leadership roles, including Deputy Leader of the Official Opposition and Deputy Prime Minister.

Presented during the opening day at Parliament, the award honoured not only her contribution to public life, but the strength of a woman whose path has been shaped by lived experience, conviction and an unwavering sense of purpose in national leadership.

Her presence at the Forum reflected the importance of women occupying decision-making spaces, shaping policy, widening opportunity and inspiring the next generation to believe that leadership can be both powerful and deeply grounded in service.

As Creative Women Platform marks ten years of connecting women leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, creatives and changemakers worldwide, this moment stands as a tribute to leadership rooted in courage, responsibility and social impact.
