We are delighted to welcome Donna Mikkelsen, artist, educator and creator of Spontaneous Symmetry, to the Creative Women Assembly at the United Nations in New York.

An ambidextrous artist based in New York’s Hudson Valley, Donna has spent more than 25 years exploring the relationship between movement, mark-making, creativity and intuitive communication through art. Her distinctive practice involves drawing simultaneously with both hands to create spontaneous, symmetrical forms.

Through AMBIARTS, Donna has transformed this deeply personal artistic practice into a means of self-exploration, storytelling and collaborative art-making. Her workshops encourage participants to step away from habitual ways of thinking, engage their creativity and experience the connection that can emerge when people create together.

Her work has been presented through exhibitions, performances, public art projects and community programmes across New York and the Hudson Valley. She has also spoken at TEDx Newburgh and developed collaborative experiences for schools, veterans and community groups.

At the heart of Donna’s work is the belief that creativity can offer a moment of presence in an increasingly fast-paced and screen-dominated world. For her, symmetry drawing is not simply about the finished image, but about the experience of slowing down, becoming more aware and connecting with ourselves and others through the act of making.

We are honoured to welcome H.E. Ana Irene Delgado, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the Republic of Panama to the Organization of American States (OAS), to the Creative Women Assembly at the United Nations in New York. Her current appointment as Panama’s Permanent Representative to the OAS is confirmed by the OAS.

A lawyer and diplomat with extensive experience across public service, international affairs and the private sector, Ambassador Delgado has built a distinguished career at the intersection of law, diplomacy and multilateral cooperation.

Her diplomatic service has included serving as Ambassador of Panama to the United Kingdom and Ireland and as Permanent Representative to the International Maritime Organization.
Across these roles, she has represented Panama in international forums while contributing to dialogue and cooperation across borders.

Her academic background reflects the international scope of her career. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science, summa cm laude, from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua, a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs with a specialisation in Economics from Florida State University, and an LL.M. from New York University.

Throughout her career, Ambassador Delgado has combined legal expertise with experience in public administration, diplomacy and the private sector, while participating actively in academic, professional and multilateral organisations internationally.

She serves as Investor and Philanthropy Board Chair of The Initiative for Conscious AI and ZNotes, and as Partner and Board Investor with Vine Ventures and Unrest. Her portfolio spans artificial intelligence, digital transformation, intercultural education, infrastructure technologies, regenerative life sciences and global risk mitigation.

Her approach to leadership and investment is rooted in the belief that innovation should be ambitious and responsible, advancing progress while remaining attentive to people, culture and the wider world.

Hunter leads finance and capital formation for Oppenheimer Energy, a clean nuclear energy and speed-to-power project developer. His work spans corporate fundraising, project finance, capital structuring and investor engagement, helping connect ambitious energy development with the capital required to move projects forward.

A seasoned finance professional, Hunter brings experience across energy and infrastructure, structured finance, debt capital markets, private equity and commercial real estate investment. Earlier in his career, he held banking roles at Goldman Sachs and Citibank, as well as investment positions across several private funds.

His work reflects the increasingly important relationship between energy, infrastructure and capital markets, particularly as demand grows for reliable power and long-term investment in next-generation energy systems.

Hunter recently served as a Global Energy Fellow at Columbia University’s Center on Global Energy Policy and currently serves on the Steering

Aditi has built a distinctive career at the intersection of wellness, culture and women’s leadership. She is widely known for founding Peloton’s meditation and yoga programmes, helping shape how large audiences engage with mindfulness, movement and personal wellbeing.

Today, her work extends across media, entrepreneurship and investment. As Editor-at-Large at The Shift, in creative partnership with Inez & Vinoodh, Aditi contributes to a platform focused on women shaping culture, leadership and social progress.

She also serves as Managing Director at the Startup Girl Foundation, a nonprofit venture capital fund providing mentorship and funding to the next generation of female founders. A strategic communications leader with more than three decades of experience, Andrew has built his career advising CEOs, institutions and public figures through high-stakes moments spanning crisis management, public affairs, litigation, regulatory challenges and international affairs.

He founded KARV in New York in 2012 after senior roles at Strategy XXI Group and Kreab. Today, the firm advises corporations, sovereign institutions and high-profile individuals across complex reputational, legal and geopolitical matters, with an international reach spanning more than 120 countries.

Earlier in his career, Andrew served as a political appointee in the Clinton Administration, holding senior communications roles with the U.S. Information Agency. His work also included serving as Deputy Spokesman for the UN World Conference on Human Rights, representing the National Security Council during the Haiti crisis, and supporting communications around major international diplomatic engagements.

A co-founder of Volunteers for Democracy, Andrew has also contributed to democratic transitions across Eastern Europe. He is the author of Revolution Road Trip, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and serves on the Board of the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce in New York.

We are delighted to welcome Therese Whittner, RN, Esq., newly appointed Creative Women Platform Ambassador, as a Speaker at the Creative Women Assembly at the United Nations in New York.

Based in New York, Therese has built a multifaceted career spanning law, healthcare, entrepreneurship, fashion, beauty, construction and real estate, combining professional discipline with a commitment to causes close to her heart.

A graduate with honours from Albany Law School, her legal career has encompassed trusts and estate planning, healthcare law, contracts and negotiation, including work with major New York City hospitals and nonprofit organisations. She currently practises with LGK Lawyers in Manhattan.

Therese also co-launched Mainline Siteworks Inc., an excavation and commercial construction company serving the East Coast of the United States, alongside interests in fashion, beauty, retail, real estate and hospitality.

A lifelong love of horses has become an important part of her philanthropic work. After learning more about the challenges facing wild Mustangs and equines in the United States and internationally, she became committed to supporting their protection.

She is Co-Executive Producer of Fire Horse, a feature documentary connected with the recognition of 11 July as World Horse Day, and supports the World Horse Day Foundation. At the heart of this work is a simple conviction: may the wild remain wild.

Therese’s career reflects an ability to move across industries while remaining guided by curiosity, responsibility and a willingness to act when something matters.

We are honoured to welcome Dr. Remina Panjwani to the Creative Women Assembly at the United Nations in New York.

A board-certified Internal Medicine physician specialising in functional and longevity medicine, U.S. Air Force veteran, TEDx speaker and national-bestselling author, Dr. Remina has built a career around resilience, human performance and challenging systems that no longer serve people well.

The daughter of refugees, she grew up in Dallas and enlisted in the U.S. Air Force at eighteen when university was financially out of reach. Soon after, she was deployed to Baghdad with Security Forces, an experience that profoundly shaped her understanding of courage, pressure and survival.

She later became a physician and worked through the COVID-19 pandemic, where her experience inside insurance-driven healthcare led her to rethink how care could be delivered.

She ultimately left that model to establish a concierge functional medicine practice focused on identifying root causes rather than simply managing symptoms.

Today, Dr. Remina works with corporate leaders, healthcare organisations and high-performing professionals to explore what sustained pressure does to the body and how resilience can be built at a physiological level. Her work spans burnout and nervous system regulation, hormonal and metabolic health, longevity and human performance.

She is the author of Odd Girl Out and Doctor Within, an International Impact Award recipient, and has built a digital community of nearly half a million followers.
