We are pleased to announce that the University of London has entered into a new, strategic partnership with the The Wiener Holocaust Library to establish the Holocaust, Jewish and Exile Studies Partnership (HJESP).

Working through the School of Advanced Study - University of London, the collaboration will strengthen research, teaching and public engagement by promoting reciprocal library access, joint events, research training and new opportunities in digital humanities.

It will also create new pathways for staff collaboration, student supervision and shared academic initiatives, while raising the profile of Holocaust, Jewish and exile studies across both institutions.

🌟 Now on at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London:

Listening Care + Fully

Curated by Creative Practitioner in Residence Nothando Lunga, Listening Care + Fully is a multi-layered spatial inquiry into 17 Russell Square, explored through film, portraiture, installation and archival documentation.

The exhibition examines both the present-day condition of Charles Clore House and the longer histories embedded in the site, bringing those histories into dialogue with the present. Through a decolonial framework, the project explores how architecture participates in structuring knowledge, authority and legal imaginaries.

Congratulations to our colleagues at the University of London Institute in Paris on ranking in the top 25 per cent of universities for teaching, academic support and organisation in the National Student Survey 2026, with student satisfaction rising across every indicator for the second year running.

As the UK's largest annual survey of final-year undergraduate students, the NSS provides an important measure of how students experience their education. These results are a testament to the commitment of colleagues across ULIP, the strength of staff-student partnership and the benefits of working within the University of London's federal community.
