I’m Edward, I’m a composer and (honorary) pianist studying at RAM. I love getting stuck into creative projects, collaborating with other musicians and finding new things to make happen. Outside music, my interests are running, in fact any athletics, football and model railways — sometimes to slightly excessive levels of enthusiasm!

MEET THE SU TEAM - Sub-Team: Agustín Pennino

Agustín Pennino is a Uruguayan countertenor, serial coffee drinker, politics lover, and professional over-planner. Discovered by the Royal Opera House in 2022, he eventually moved from Montevideo to London. His life currently involves equal amounts of Handel, flights, auditions, protein shakes, and wondering whether he can fit one more suitcase into his next trip. He is passionate about opera, Latin American artists, and making slightly questionable plans that somehow work.

Hi, I’m Charlie and I’m a third year undergraduate soprano. I’m super excited to be working with the SU this year for this first time! I’m on the committee of the LGBTQ+ Society which is super important to me, and I’d like to be an advocate for neurodivergent voices in the student body. Hi! I’m Lo**ta, a 4th-year oboe student 🤓👋🏻

I play, travel (90% with my oboe), and spend a lot of time between Cross Keys and Wigmore Hall. I watch far too many movies, make questionable jokes, and am usually the person to ask for recommendations - concerts, galleries, exhibitions, dance, yoga, you name it (not saying I actually do all of these - I just know where to go!). My name is Eric, and I’m this year’s postgraduate representative! I am a first-year PhD composer, but I also did my Masters here at RAM, as well as a fellowship with Open Academy. Hi, Franklin here, your events and societies representative and lover of all things cinematic! If I’m not in RAM , chances are I’m watching a movie at the nearest ODEON or setting off the smoke alarm at my flat attempting to be Gordon Ramsay (it’s happened slightly more often than I’d like to admit). Other hobbies include going on walks, reading and getting slightly too invested in shows with bad finales (HIMYM is the prime culprit).

MEET THE SU TEAM - SU President: Lisa Archontidi-Tsaldaraki

Hi guys, I’m Lisa and I’m really excited to be your SU President this year! My family and are I are from Greece and we’ve been in the UK for 20 years. In my free time, I love travelling, watching movies, eating spicy food and playing Mahjong on 開心鬥一番 (I’d love to water more money trees, so send me a friend request if you have an account on there 😄)

I’ll be hovering between the SU Office and other places in the RAM basement this year, so come and say hi!
