🧢 Ever thought about learning a craft?

There's something incredibly satisfying about taking time out of your week to make, create and learn something new.

Whether it's weaving a basket, binding a book, carving, stitching or experimenting with mosaics, our craft courses offer the chance to slow down, get creative and make something with your own hands. Along the way, you'll learn new skills, meet like-minded people and maybe even discover a new passion.

And who knows? What starts as a course could become your favourite part of the week.

🎭 A brand-new pantomime is coming to City Lit this Christmas.

πŸ‘  Cinderella is down on her luck. But with a little fairy magic this Christmas, perhaps we can all meet our Prince Charming this festive season.

Bring the family to City Lit's Christmas production as we bring the much-loved traditional tale of Cinderella to life. Meet a cast of unforgettable characters, including your old mate Buttons, Dumpling the horse and, of course, those sisters who are very hard on the eye. Will the mobster Fairy Godfather earn his wings as he tries to bring a little love to a broken world?

πŸͺ„ Packed with song and dance, gags, slapstick and plenty of festive fun, Cinderella promises all the magic, laughter and audience participation you'd expect from a classic pantomime, making it the perfect way to kick off Christmas 2026.

Performances:
7.30pm, Thursday 3 to Saturday 5 December 2026
Saturday matinee: 2.30pm
