📣 We’re hiring: Front of House Assistant✨

Are you a current UAL student looking for a flexible job that fits around your studies? 👀

Join the Arts SU team and become a friendly first point of contact for students, staff and visitors across UAL, while developing valuable skills for your future career. 💜

In this role, you’ll:
👋 Welcome and support students, staff and external organisations
💬 Handle enquiries face-to-face, online and over the phone
📦 Manage post, parcels and merchandise orders
🏫 Help maintain welcoming and well-run spaces across UAL campuses
🤝 Work with teams across UAL to support students and improve their experience
💡 Use your initiative to solve problems and suggest improvements

The role offers:
⏰ Up to 20 hours per week, flexible around your studies
💷 £14.80–£14.81 per hour
📍 Opportunities to work across UAL campuses
📚 No Friday or weekend shifts, with hours designed around student availability
✨ The chance to build skills in customer service, problem-solving, organisation and teamwork

You must be a current UAL student, graduating no earlier than March 2027, to apply
