Some stories deserve to be celebrated far beyond the classroom 💙
We are incredibly proud of Olena Yaholnytska, one of our dedicated FE tutors, for being shortlisted for the 2026 Adult Learning Award by WMCA ✨
As a refugee from Ukraine herself, Olena knows first hand what it means to rebuild, to keep going, and to find hope in difficult times.
Today, she uses that experience to support learners, many of whom have also faced unimaginable challenges, with compassion, understanding, and a belief in their potential.
This nomination is about more than teaching. It is about resilience, hope, and the life-changing power of education.
