Dina Asher-Smith is one of Britain’s most successful sprinters and a leading figure in British athletics. Born in Orpington, she made history in 2019 by becoming the first British woman to win the 100m or 200m at an outdoor World Championships, taking gold in the 200m in Doha.
She has gone on to win Olympic relay medals, European titles and multiple World Championship medals, while becoming a role model for young athletes through her resilience, confidence and success on the world stage.
