OLC (Europe) Ltd / NCG Business Management students recently welcomed Asari St-Hill MBA, Action COACH EMEA Executive Coach of the Year 2025, as a guest speaker on the Level 4 Principles of Marketing module.
The session highlighted the difference between marketing (lead generation) and PR (publicity), emphasising that effective marketing encourages prospects to โraise their handโ and take action.
Students explored the importance of building campaigns in the right order: defining the target market first, developing a compelling offer, and then choosing the right channels and messaging.
