📚 ONE WEEK TO GO – L4M1 REVISION WORKSHOP

Sitting L4M1 Scope and Influence of Procurement and Supply in the November CIPS exam series?

It’s not too late to book. This time next week, I’ll be running my L4M1 Revision Workshop to help you pull everything together before the exam.

Over the three hours, we’ll:

* Recap the key L4M1 learning outcomes and the areas you need to be comfortable with

* Refresh the key theories, models and concepts from across the module

* Look at how to apply your knowledge to different organisational and procurement contexts, rather than simply repeating what you have learned

* Go over Constructive Response exam technique, including command words, structure, depth and managing your time

* Look at how to turn the marks available into a sensible answer plan

* Work through mock exam questions together

* Create mind maps and structured plans to help organise your thoughts before you start writing

* Discuss the types of procurement and organisational examples you can use to strengthen your responses

* Identify any final areas you need to concentrate on before exam day

If L4M1 is your first Constructive Response exam, we’ll also spend time looking at what CIPS expects from a CR answer and how to move from knowing the content to actually using it to answer the question being asked.

This isn’t about trying to reteach the whole module in three hours. It’s about bringing your learning together, practising how to use it and going into the exam with a clear approach and greater confidence.

It’s CIPS results day for everyone who sat their OR exams in September! Wishing all my learners and everyone receiving results today the very best. I know how much time, effort and determination goes into studying alongside work, family and everything else life brings. If you’ve passed, take a moment to celebrate. You’ve earned it! If today hasn’t brought the result you hoped for, give yourself some breathing space. One result does not define your ability or your future in procurement. Sitting CIPS L6M4 in November?

L6M4 is a little different from the other CR exams.

Once the research theme is released, the challenge isn’t simply learning the syllabus. You need to understand the theme, undertake relevant research and, importantly, be able to apply that research and appropriate theory to whatever questions appear in the exam.

I am offering three levels of L6M4 support for the November 2026 exam sitting.

The aim isn’t to predict the questions or give you answers to memorise.

It is to help you go into L6M4 with a bank of relevant research, theory and examples, and the confidence to adapt them to the questions CIPS actually gives you.

🎉 L6M11 is now complete!

I’m delighted to say that all of the videos for CIPS Level 6 Module 11 – Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Principles are now live on Procurement Study Buddy.

This has been one of the biggest modules I’ve ever produced, covering topics including:

📢 The CIPS September Exam Booking Window is now OPEN!

If you’re planning to sit your CIPS exams in September 2026, don’t forget that the booking window is only open for one week.

📅 Exam booking: 11–18 August 2026

📝 Exam dates: 14–18 September 2026

My advice? Book as early as you can. Waiting until the last minute could mean your preferred date or time is no longer available.

Once you’ve secured your exam slot, it’s time to focus on what really matters… your revision! 💪

Good luck to everyone preparing for the September exams. Stay consistent, trust your preparation, and remember that every hour of revision brings you one step closer to achieving your CIPS qualification.
