In collaboration with JATHUB CIC, UCL School of Management recently hosted the 2026 X-PLORE Marketing Ideathon Demo Day.

The event brought together students, creators, developers, entrepreneurs, and industry professionals to explore how AI, creativity, and emerging technologies are reshaping the future of marketing.

From AI-generated content and immersive brand experiences to future-focused campaign concepts and storytelling innovation, participants showcased how digital engagement is evolving far beyond traditional advertising.

Winning teams were recognised with £100 vouchers for their outstanding creativity, ex*****on, and commercial potential.

UCL School of Management was delighted to deliver the Executive Negotiations Programme this week, two intensive days helping leaders from the UCL Commercial & Procurement team become more confident, creative, and strategic at the table.

Across the programme, participants worked with a practical negotiation framework, tested tactics in immersive scenarios, and explored how to navigate distributive, integrative, repeated, and multi-party negotiations.

The most powerful takeaway? Better negotiation is not simply about closing deals. It is about working effectively with others - building alignment, strengthening relationships, and creating outcomes that people can genuinely support.
