UCL Mechanical Engineering Society Find out more about social & career events, seminars, training and internship opportunities here! Specially run for UCL Mechanical Engineering Students.

Who we are:
Established in 2012 by a team of passionate students, we are a society constantly striving to improve the student experience in our department. We are a society for students by students. What we do:
We constantly organise activities ranging from socials to factory tours to workshops, in order to create opportunities for our students to gain industrial exposure and new skills valuable to employers. We also represent our students’ interest in the department and university through the Staff Student Consultative Committee (SSCC). Not to mention, we guide our students in their university experience at UCL Mechanical Engineering. Our core values:
We uphold a set of core values - integrity, sustainability and respect for people in everything we do. We also celebrate diversity and operate in fairness. The MES strive to promote professionalism amongst students. Through cooperation, we aim to create a sense of belonging and ownership of the society achievements. You're interested? We’re constantly looking for motivated students to help us run the MES, so don’t hesitate to get involved. Just contact us!
