Another exciting addition to our training facilities at LonDEC, King's College London!
We've recently welcomed Aria, our new high-tech paediatric patient simulator, who joins Ares, our existing adult simulator.
Both allow us to recreate realistic medical emergencies so that dental students and qualified dental professionals can practise dealing with potentially life-threatening situations in a safe environment.
Thankfully, serious medical emergencies in dental practices are relatively rare, but being prepared and knowing what to do when they happen can make all the difference.
Aria was made possible through the generosity of donors and supporters of King's, and it's fantastic to see that generosity translated into something that will benefit both dental professionals and their patients.
Really proud of what we continue to achieve at LonDEC!
