Last week was another busy week for our students as we provided Event Stewards to work at Eastern Electrics and Camp Wildfire💥

August is set to be a very busy month for the StuTemp team!

Last weekend we deployed over 40 students to work at three festivals.

This week we’re providing students to work as event stewards at a four day event in Essex and the following week we’re doing the same for a festival in London.

The final weekend in August will see us provide staff to one of the most well known festivals in the UK👀

*FESTIVAL WORK THIS SUMMER!*

We have a number of exciting summer jobs that we want to tell you about!

We are on the hunt for friendly students to work as Event Stewards/ Brand Ambassadors at four exciting festivals this August!

Please note that we will be providing a free shuttle bus which will take students too and from Loughborough University on the day of each event so there is no need to worry about transport! We will also be providing free accommodation (camping) at two of the festivals.

Our Story

Started and owned by Loughborough university students Tom Gordon and Joe Jordan, StuTemp provides temporary work opportunities for students on their university campus and with local employers. We mostly cover temporary assignments, but we also fulfil longer term job vacancies – anything from one-hour shifts to permanent work. We pride ourselves on recruiting dependable, smart and hardworking students, assured through our profiling and rating system.

Our Students are in complete control when using StuTemp, we allow our students to choose where and when they work.

As students ourselves, we understand the struggle that comes with balancing a degree, finances and a social life. The idea of StuTemp was born, helping students find jobs that suited them. With help from the fantastic Enterprise Hub at our university, we applied for and received a grant to create an online platform.

Our innovative platform connects busy, hard-working and responsible students with local employers looking to fill shifts quickly but with full transparency on who they are hiring – whether the shift is a one off or an ongoing position.
