Campus Services Loughborough We are the department within Loughborough University that deals with everything accommodation, catering, and customer service. Enjoy your stay!

The University is affiliated to and compliant with the UUK Code of Practice for the Management of Student Housing. Copies of the Code are available to students upon request or by visiting the UUK website. ‌

‌We also work in partnership with Unite Students, this service provider is affiliated to the Accreditation Network UK (ANUK).

A Level Results Day is nearly here! 🎓

If you’re booking your accommodation, make sure you’re ready for your booking time slot. ⏰

Be ready to log in when your time slot opens. You won’t be able to access it early! 💻

Have a list of your preferred accommodation options ready, but keep an open mind about what’s available. 🏡

It’s also a good idea to have a few backup choices you’d be happy with, just in case your first choice has gone. 🔄

Most importantly, don’t panic! Take a look at what’s available and choose the option that works best for you. 🙌

Renting off campus? There’s been a change you need to know about… 🏡

From today (1 May 2026), new rules under the Renters’ Rights Act are now in place for most private student tenancies.

This means things like:

More flexibility with rolling contracts ✅
Clearer rules around rent and payments ✅
Stronger protections for tenants ✅

If you’re planning to rent (or have already signed), it’s really important to understand how this might affect you before making any decisions.
