Meet Callum McGeorge a former Sport and Exercise Science student. 🏅

On Thursday last week we said goodbye to Sandra Stack after 27 incredible years at Barnfield College.

Sandra started with us part-time supporting community courses for adults with disabilities and it quickly became clear that she had found her calling, so was soon persuaded to take on more hours. During her time with us she also successfully led the ESOL department and lent her expertise to the Quality team.

But throughout her 27 years, Sandra will be most known for being a tireless advocate for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. She has played a significant role in shaping and leading the College's SEND provision, supporting hundreds of students through our Skills for Life courses, on campus and in the community.

As she begins her next chapter, we want to thank her for her dedication, kindness and the countless lives she has touched along the way.

Sandra, you will be missed by colleagues, students and the wider college community alike. We wish you all the very best for the future, and have a very happy retirement!
