Hi, I’m Michaela. I’m a qualified counsellor offering online therapy across the UK, and part of the LGBTQ+ community.

I know how important it is to feel safe, understood and not judged when you’re opening up. You don’t need to explain or justify who you are here — you can just be yourself.

I work with people navigating anxiety, identity, relationships and life changes, and we take things at your pace, in a calm and supportive space.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me paddleboarding, reading, listening to music, or at home with my cat and dog (and probably something sweet).
