Manchester Oncology Society The Manchester Oncology Society (MOS) is a student-led society based at the Manchester Medical School.

MOS aims to foster interests in oncology, academic research and all facets of cancer care among the undergraduate community in Manchester and beyond. Founded in 2009, The Manchester Oncology Society (MOS) is a student-led society based at the Manchester Medical School. We're proud to be affiliated with the Christie NHS Foundation Trust which is remains the largest cancer centre in Europe. Our obje

ctives include building links between local universities and teaching hospitals in order to deliver conferences, educational lectures, competitions, a journal club, careers advice to students and much more. MOS is also involved in various charity ventures to raise awareness about cancer. Our programme of events this year will be stronger than ever with a host of different events to complement Manchester Medical School’s curriculum and inspire students to develop their interest in Oncology.
