That's a wrap on Milton Keynes Tech Week 2026 and what a week it's been 🚀

This week brought together employers, educators, technology partners and industry experts for five days of innovation, collaboration and future-focused conversations.

From immersive technology and cyber security to robotics, digital skills and the future of work, every day showcased the power of bringing education and industry together.

We kicked off with hands-on experiences exploring AR, VR, XR and MR, before diving into the world of cyber security and business resilience.

The week continued with robotics and automation, followed by the MK Tech Week Expo & Conference at Unity Place where our very own Cat Marin took part in inspiring discussions on how we can work together to shape the future of digital skills through DigiTEC.

A huge thank you to our fantastic partners and supporters who helped make the week such a success: I-Immersive ClassVR, Metaverse Learning, Check Point Software Technologies, Clearhead and Smart City Consultancy👏

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who attended, shared ideas, demonstrated cutting-edge technology and helped inspire the next generation of digital talent.

Day 4 of Milton Keynes Tech Week 2026 took us to Unity Place MK for the flagship conference to explore the theme of Sovereign Technology and the future of AI, robotics, advanced manufacturing and digital innovation.

A particular highlight from today was seeing our own Cat Marin, Executive Principal of Milton Keynes College take to the stage as part of the Building a Sovereign Workforce panel, discussing how education and industry can work together to develop the skills and talent needed for a resilient, future-ready workforce.

A fantastic day of collaboration, conversation and innovation as we continue to help build the skills that will power tomorrow's technology. 💡

Today, we got hands-on with cutting-edge robots (including dancing robots!), explored AI and intelligent automation, and discovered how these technologies are transforming industries and creating new opportunities for the future.

From expert masterclasses and hands-on workshops to networking with the team at point, the day was filled with valuable insights on tackling emerging threats and building cyber resilience.

A fantastic start to ! 🚀

Today, we welcomed educators, employers, technology partners and industry experts to our Immersive Reality Launch Event at our Bletchley Campus.

Together, we explored how immersive technologies, including VR, AI, digital twins, robotics and connected classrooms, are shaping the future of learning, skills development and workforce readiness.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, and to , Pallister, Wilson and Bailey for sharing their expertise through demonstrations, masterclasses and insightful discussions throughout the day.

We're excited to see what the rest of the week brings as we continue to drive innovation, collaboration and future-focused thinking across education and industry.

Following the recent launch of The Key, our new provision for young people most at risk of disengaging from education, we're looking for a Course Team Leader and Lecturer. Hear from Director of Inclusion, Amy Langford as she explains a bit more about these roles.

We're looking for people with a blend of teaching experience and a background in youth work, pastoral support or a similar field. Most importantly, you'll be passionate about breaking down barriers, building confidence, and helping young people achieve positive futures.
