I am Hussnain Shahid running to be your next NUSU President. I have already been working within NUSU as International Students Officer, and I completely understand this institution. The changes I want to bring to improve your student life depends on your VOTE.

Facts:
I have been nominated as Change maker of the year by NUSU.
I initiated the campaign of tuition fee refunds at Newcastle University, gathered support nationally from Russell Group universities ISOs.
I will be lobbying the university departments to provide receipts of how they spent your tuition fee for the current academic year 2020/21.
I will be hosting live Q&A sessions weekly to communicate with you directly, updating you on progress of NUSU and getting feedback from you.
I am passionate to improve your student experience affected by COVID.

Over the past few weeks, I have been working extensively to lobby the UK Government & university for compensation of tuition fee for International Students.

Being an overseas International Student myself, I completely understand the problems faced by students. Therefore, I am running for this presidential elections to work for your interests. If elected, I will be lobbying the Government & university for compensation of Home students tuition fee for the current academic year.
