Last week, our Level 3 Personal Training students had the incredible opportunity to head over to CrossFit Tyneside for a high-energy, hands-on session! 💪🔥

They dove deep into the unique style and methodology of CrossFit training, learning different techniques and movements that are shaping the future of fitness. The highlight? Getting pushed to their limits by the amazing Coach Ben! 🏋️‍♂️✨

But that’s not all! The students also gained valuable insights into the wide range of career opportunities available within the CrossFit and fitness industry—from coaching to programming and beyond! The possibilities are endless, and they left feeling inspired and motivated about their future paths. 🌟

A HUGE thank you to CrossFit Tyneside for the awesome session and for the fantastic opportunities we are able to organise with yourselves! Our students can’t wait to return and continue their journey into the world of CrossFit! 🚀

The DiSE Boxing Programme Offers:

* A two year coaching programme with an England Boxing Performance Pathway Coach.
* Education to support your development as an elite level boxer.
* Guidance on how to access and progress through England Boxing’s Performance Pathway.
* Education on nutrition, safe and effective weight making, S&C, career planning and personal development.
* Free access to physiotherapy at our onsite physio clinic Physio For All.
* Train and study alongside boxers from across the TTW Region.
* 64 UCAS points to support University Applications.
* DiSE Boxing will be delivered alongside an additional full time qualification of your choice.

Congratulations to DiSE Boxing Students Olivia Holden and Ruby Cuthbertson on becoming Regional Youth Champions. Olivia (East Middlesbrough ABC) won the U46kg title and Ruby Cuthbertson (District Youth ABC) won the U50kg title. Both girls will now progress through the National Youth Championships. Well done also to DiSE Boxing Student Kenny Beal (Bishop Aukland ABC) for a great performance in the championships, narrowly missing out on the judges score cards.

The DiSE Boxing Programme is a Level 3 Diploma in Sporting Excellence (DiSE). This high performance coaching and education programme will support your development as a competitive boxer, whilst studying a full time qualification of your choice at Gateshead College.

The programme offers:
