This Sunday, we’re bringing a new (but close to home) experience for our members!
has kindly let us take part in a handling session with a mixture of Greek, Roman & Prehistoric artefacts from their collections, as well as one of their own curators talking us through the objects.
It’s a great chance to get close to some of the historic items right here on our campus, as well as a great chance to see what archaeology can offer!

I hope you’ve all got your costumes ready! We’ll have a prize for the best one given in five swans. We hope to see you there!

Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of our control we’ve had two committee members decide they need to step down from their roles. We’ll be holding an election at the start of November to replace them, because of this all roles in the society will be up for reelection.
The election of the committee is important to us, we need the core members in order to keep functioning as a society, if anyone would like to run, please email [email protected] with a short manifesto and the role you’ll be running for that’ll be posted to the instagram in a few weeks time.
We will still be holding our Halloween bash as usual alongside with classics, we look forward to seeing you there. 🎃
