ORDER EARLY
Please order your repeat medication at least ONE WEEK before you run out. This helps our team process, prepare, and check your prescription safely and efficiently.

TEXT MESSAGE UPDATE
If you receive the message: "Your prescription is partially completed and is awaiting to be collected from the dispensary", this means some items are ready while others are still being obtained. Most outstanding items are available within 3 working days. Once all medications are ready, you will receive: "Your prescription is now ready to collect from your designated dispensary site."

NOT RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE?
If you have not received an update regarding your prescription, please contact the Dispensary Team and we will be happy to check its progress. If you have never received text messages from the practice before, please let us know so that we can verify your mobile number and ensure notifications are enabled.

PROCESSING TIMES
Our usual dispensing turnaround time is up to 5 working days. We always aim to complete prescriptions sooner whenever possible. Occasionally, delays may occur due to medicine shortages, supplier delivery issues, manufacturer stock problems, or high prescription volumes.
