NC EASTER INTENSIVE 2026 💫

Join us on 8th & 9th April for our very first Dance Easter Intensive, featuring incredible guest workshops from top industry professionals!

We’re so excited to welcome & for two days of intensive training! 🤩

This event is open to all dancers aged 16–18 — you do not need to be a current student to attend! 🕺🏽

✨INDUSTRY WEEK - DAY 4✨

Today we welcome .bordone to work with our dancers and wrap up our industry week!

Giovanni Bordone is a Dancer & Choreographer from the talented town of Northampton.

Giovanni for years now has never stopped pushing his work in both the choreography scene and performance scene and this reflects through the opportunities he has been given, his constant drive to be the best artist out there.

PERFORMANCE
Dancing at Manchester arena with Samantha Mumba, performing at Mighty Hoopla festival, dancing on the voice UK and dancing in Cineworld’s unlimited card advert, just to name a few on the performance side.

TEACHING/CHOREOGRAPHY
He is also teaching internationally and all over the UK. He teaches at Diversity/Diversity Studios in both Essex and Birmingham & professional colleges, spreading his unique style and guidance. He is also choreographing around the UK for artists music videos and live performances. This art from is his everything and he dedicates his life to giving into others. This leaks from his outgoing personality.

✨INDUSTRY WEEK - DAY 4✨

Today we welcome Kitty Denton from .movement for some industry / entrepreneurial insight for our dancers!

As founder of mode movement, Kitty began dancing as a child in Northamptonshire. During her early years of training, Kitty developed her movement vocabulary through contemporary dance and began to find a strong voice through improvisation and self-choreography, which lead her to reach and win the ‘All England Dance’ finals on multiple occasions. Kitty was a member of The Place’s contemporary youth company ‘Shift’, before graduating with a BA (Hons) in Contemporary Dance (First Class) 2017-2020, from Northern School of Contemporary Dance, Leeds. During and leading up to her professional studies, Kitty worked with choreographers such as Anthony Missen, Alleyne Dance, Theo Clinkard and Two Thirds Sky. Kitty works closely with the accompaniment, focusing on speed and dynamic qualities, her strong accents originate from her childhood training in tap dancing and drumming.

Kitty is a technical dancer interested in coordination, expansiveness, smoothness, lines and performance. Kitty is also a qualified Barre and Floor Barre instructor and enjoys blending her dance background with fitness knowledge to deliver challenging classes to support participant’s wellbeing as well as dance training.

✨INDUSTRY WEEK - DAY 3✨

Today we welcome back alumni .spencex to work with our dance students 🤩

Emily attended Northampton college on the level 3 dance course before continuing her training at Addict Dance Academy. Since graduating, Emily has done 2 seasons performing on the main-stage at Global Village Dubai. Since then, emily has been performing for many VIP/VVIP events for SixFlags in Saudi Arabia, where she will start her long term contract performing as the first and original cast of Dancers at SixFlags Qiddiya City. Emily also teaches and hosts workshops around Northamptonshire sharing her love and expertise of performing.
