What we do
Welcome to the page of the Neuropsychology lab at the School of Psychology, University of East Anglia, Norwich, UK. Our research goal is to provide a better understanding of how the brain supports perception, action and attention and how these abilities are affected by aging and brain disease. Ultimately, we aim to improve clinical practice in brain disease through the translation of cognitive neuroscience models and methods. A recent BBC news video about our work can be viewed here
We are always looking for volunteers to help us with our research. We have a number of studies ongoing looking at how aging affects cognition and investigating new tools for tackling cognitive problems in people with brain disease (stroke, traumatic brain injury, dementia and cognitive impairment).
We have free parking at the UEA or can reimburse public transport travel costs
If you would like to find out more about our work and how you can help please contact us.
